Recently purchased a 2015 Wrangler Unlimited Sport with 96000 miles. Battery is one year old, tires are 4 years old with ~40k miles (based on Carfax report miles in October, 2018).

I am interested in what maintenance I should do immediately to minimize chance of being stranded off road. I was thinking of just having a dealer do the 100k scheduled items and a general safety inspection. Anything else? Any reason to worry about the starter? Thanks in advance.

Is the Jeep lifted, look like it's been neglected?

At the most have the front end checked out for worn parts and replace the fluids in everything so you have a good starting point.
Thanks
It’s not lifted, but has P285/70/R17 tires on it, the largest it can take without any mods, according to Discount Tire. Doesn't look neglected at all. I’m also just going to use it for driving on the beach.

I’m also just going to use it for driving on the beach.
Until such time you can look into getting a professional undercoat applied, please take the time to hose the undercarriage off thoroughly after every beach trip. Jeeps are not the best when it comes to avoiding the rust demons from underneath.

When I buy a used car, I change all the fluids, pull the wheels off to check (and usually replace) the pads and rotors, and while the wheels are off the ground I check the tie rods and such. I also get under it (if I didn't do so before buying it) and take a good look for leaks and such.
