Magnuson Supercharger Tune Issue On 2015 JKU

I have a 2015 jeep wrangler that I recently supercharged with the Magnuson TVS1900. The Tune from Magnuson seems to be ok but it’s like the engine and transmission are not working together well. The Transmission seems lost at half throttle and will miss shift if you floor it from a stop. Does anyone know of a good tuner that can help remotely or one in the Charlotte NC area?

This is for my 2nd jeep. It is a 3.6

This would be a good call, especially if there is a custom tune to support the supercharger. I can't say for certain since I don't have much experience with this side of things, but it sounds like something to do with the torque management may be having an issue, potentially tied to some internals that need addressing.
