Looking to replace the original fenders with a more slimmer profile. However the ones I find don’t have a place for my turn signal. Suggestion's please and thank you!

What year is your Jeep? I'm thinking I have seen some flat top fenders that had a turn signal in the side of them.
Order whatever flares you like. Then grab some LEDs from Amazon. I got these:
