Lifter / rocker replacement

I have a 2015 JKU Sport w/ 107,000 miles on it.
I'm starting to get all the parts I need to replace the lifters/rockers in my 3.6, other than the lifters, rockers, and valve cover gaskets, what else would you change while you have everything broke down and apart?

I just replaced the oil cooler housing, knock sensors, spark plugs, and thermostat housing.

Is it rattling or just proactively replacing the parts?

How about adding a PCV valve?

How bad is the tick? Might need cam too. Aluminum oil cooler if you're already in there.

I added an aluminum oil cooler a few weeks ago. I think the tick just start because I don't remember hearing it then.
