Knocking

I had a collapsed lifter. Replaced rocker arms and lifters. But she came back from the garage with a different knock than before. She’s had new water pump, oil cooler housing, intake gaskets, galley bolts tightened back one was almost out. Mechanic said the cam had no damage. They checked everything and we’re stumped. She drives perfectly fine. Being my only vehicle, this noise is scaring me.

Sounds like you're not getting oil to the top of the motor. That's ALOT of chatter! Not a knock. Check your oil level.
 
I have an exhaust leak. Not 100% certain where. Both o2 sensors are bad. But it sounds like metal to me. I’ll post a longer video and from under the hood shortly. I’m just worried it could be a rod knock or wrist pin.
