Not sure of which KC’s are on my rig, but they don’t seem as bright as they should be. Any thoughts?

From the looks of it, they are the KC Apollo. They are in their halogen series. That's probably about as bright as they will get.

If you are looking for more light output, checkout their Pro6 series or their new Flex4 (which aren't my favorite shape, but put out nearly 8,000 lumens).

Are they powered with a relay pulling battery volts?

My first thought as well. If they aren't wired to their own relays they aren't going to be nearly as bright as they would be otherwise.

This is usually the case with halogen lights due to the amount of wattage they use in comparison to LEDs.

KC lite kits all come with their own relay. I just installed mine last weekend- took me a couple hours, but me and electricity don't get along and I didn't want to blow anything up.

They're adjustable, right? Try going up & out just a touch and see if that spreads your field at all. Try using your garage door or a big wall. Turn on your headlights only. Then turn on your fog or running lights. Adjust your KCs so they create a larger field of vision, they should only overlap a little.

Where did you ground yours?
I tucked my wires over the top of the black sheathing, fuses included, and zip tied them up and behind. Probably spent more time trying to keep the wire run as neat and orderly as possible.
