JK Heater only getting hot on one side

when you give it gas does it get warmer?

i had the same problem and what i did to fix it was

1. check coolant levels
2. replace radiator cap
3. replace upper and lower radiator hose
4. Bleed the radiator (i bought the radiator bleeder kit from i believe NAPA and the kit also bleeds the heater core)

If that doesn't work I would go to the dealer and have them look at it

The previous owner of mine had the same problem and when the dealer looked at it they simply didn't bleed it.

To my knowledge this is a somewhat common issue with JKs, and I believe their is a TSB on it as well. It has to do with the heater core needing to be serviced / replaced.

call me Dumb but in lighting me what does TSB Stand for,

Technical Service Bulletin. If you call up your local dealer service department and bring this up, there's a very good chance they'll mention the TSB and have heard of this issue before, as it appears to be somewhat common on JKs.
