Jeep Wrangler JK 2.8 CRD - radiator removal

Hi - does anybody know how to remove the radiator in the Jeep Wrangler JK 2.8 CRD (Diesel)?
I did it 5 years ago and I followed fantastice set of instructions, but I cannot find them any more.
