Is a 4” lift necessary on 35” tires?

That's also one of the reasons I went back to stock and removed the crappy 4" lift that wasn't done right on my Jk.

I can help explain here as well. Our kit does come with all eight adjustable control arms and track bars, because yes it is very important that with any amount of lift you need to readjust all of your angles in order to get your pinion, caster and track all set properly again. Any reputable shop will be able to install a lift with adjustable arms no problem. For the front driveshaft, while it is actually recommended by most manufacturers to replace your front drive shaft with any amount of lift, it does become increasingly more important around 3.5" or more. However, if you aren't going to be doing a lot of wheeling with the Jeep and it's mainly an on road vehicle, this becomes less of a necessity. Basically what happens is that when you flex out the springs while off-roading, the factory driveshaft takes a beating and wears out very quickly, and this becomes more drastic the higher the lift you do. But like I said if you don't do a lot of wheeling and aren't flexing the springs out a ton, you really won't have an issue. It's always still recommended to replace the front drive shaft eventually just to be on the safe side and best performance possible, but it is not something that has to be done right away. The drag link flip kit is another part that is not required, but recommended to get the best performance possible with our 3.5" to 4.5" lift kits. Basically all it is doing is flattening out your track bar angle so you don't lose any steering responsiveness at the lifted height. You can check the drag link flip kit out here. Again any good shop can get this installed no problem. Hopefully that all helps, sorry it was so much information, seems like a lot of questions were floating around in here! No. I run 35's on no lift. It's not necessary. I have removed my fenders though & run a very negative offset

I want to install some MCE flat fenders so I may consider downsizing my springs so for better scale (in my opinion).

Holy moly....that’s high! You could definitely throw a winch on there to get the front to drop a little.
I actually ended up going with a 2.5” Teraflex with their 1” coil spacers, AEV front drop brackets and 37’s which all get installed next week. I had to put the 37’s next to what’s on there now just for comparison 🤣👍🏼

Looks like the new offroad lowrider style :LOL: That will look good. I'm partial to Anvil though as we have a 4 dr in Anvil. Looking forward to seeing the end result.
