Yep! Even if it's only got 50k miles on it, if the transmission is out I think it's silly not to replace the rear main seal.

My 2014 had 35,800 miles on it. Brought to dealer under warranty (thank God). They said it was upper oil pan leaking. They pulled transmission and said while they were at it they would do rear main seal. I found out later there was a TSB on the rear main seal issue. I now have a very tiny leak on passenger side valve cover.
I've got at 2018 JK. Bought it with 48k. Main seal went out at 49k. Oil filter housing leaking badly at 50k. Not too happy so far. Waiting for the next problem.
