Help w/ DV8 LED Headlights Low beam not working but high beam is. Troublehsoot help needed!

I have a new to me 07 Wrangler JKU that came with a ton of DV8 parts and for some reason, the LED headlights are acting up. The passenger low beam is not working at all but the high beams work. I also kind of notice some light flickering of all lights when they are on. Before pulling it all apart can someone help me troubleshoot this or things to look for? I would not think an LED headlight would go out but maybe so? Thanks, in advance!

I know when my headlights were switched over to LED, I had to tell the Jeep I switched to LED. I used JScan to do it.

Would that explain the low beams not working on the passenger side

I have a similar problem on 2013 JK with KC Gravity Lights, they work on high beam not always on regular beams

I would think that hooking up those lights with direct power would tell if its the lights or ...
