How important is it to have the heated LED headlights, for those that are in the higher elevations that gets snow? Trying to justify whether I get heated or not.

Unless you drive through blizzards quite often I wouldn't worry about it. You need to check your headlights if you drive while it's snowing on occasion.
I live in wisconsin and have non heated ones. I just make sure they are clear, but I don't really have long distances to travel and not much night driving.
