Need some help.

2011 Wrangler
There is a clicking noise down by the heater core that starts up when the heat is turned on and goes away until the motor is shut off. Then it clicks again for a while intermittently as if a the blend door is trying to open or close. The heat is not nearly as hot as it should be but the AC is nice and cold.
I had a 2008 Wrangler the heat got so warm in you couldn’t hold your hand near the vent.

Is there a servo or something that needs replacing?
