Seems like it's pointing to my Camshaft position sensor, does anyone know if this is the correct assumption, want to make sure before I take on changing this sensor, I cleared the engine light and it stayed off for a few weeks and came back again, so I want it to go away. Please let me know of your suggestions.

Also have you ever cleaned the battery ground cable ends and the body grounds? Bad grounds will cause alot of electrical problems.
