Fan 1 Control Circuit Error

I'm looking for some advise. I just had the fan replaced and now I'm getting a check engine with the code fan 1 control circuit. The fan is operating great, the engine isn't overheating and there are no operational issues. Could this be a fuse issue?

Thanks and appreciate any input.
 
If it was a fuse then the fan wouldn't work at all. Not sure on what the problem could be.
