Door Hangers

Anyone have experience with these type of door hangers? Looks like a decent option, but I am a little concerned about it damaging the window sill after handing for a while.

I was looking at those as well. I didn't buy them because I have rain guards. I ended up making my own that hang my doors with the door pins

Maybe glue down some foam pieces for the window to rest on.

They come with some padding, but might be good to look at options.

Go to Lowe's or Home Depot and get a couple sticks of foam pipe insulation. It's already cut lengthwise, so just cut it to length and slide it over the edge of the door from the window weatherstrip that will be resting on the bracket to the top edge of the door, with the slit facing up. It comes in a variety of diameters and I find it to be very handy for a lot of things I want to protect finishes or edges on.

If you use pool noodles, you can make the color match with the paint and such in your garage. Feng Shui them hangers!
