Do the emergency brake cables stretch over time?

X2 to this. The cables could be in need of replacing, but it's more likely that the shoes need to be replaced and adjusted.

I also believe the cables have adjustments as well.

TY Chris Again,
Hope You and Yours are Heathy, I will check both.
Also, My JK has lost power From the start until it gets to about 5 mph then it's Power comes back this happens in all three Ranges. There is no check engine light. Not sure what to check next??

You're welcome, same to you too!

Keep driving it. I say that because it WILL throw a check engine light, I guarantee it. That will at least point you in the right direction. These things are so computer controlled, that you really hate to just take random guesses.
