Just looking for decent headlights that are under $150. I see a lot of crazy range on prices and I have no idea what’s good or what’s crap.

2013 Sahara.

Doesn’t have to be anything fancy, just don’t want bad headlights that go out in a month.

I have been running these for close to 5 years now with no issues.
Yes, there is a small 1/2" tab that needs to be shaved with a utility knife or razor blade- nothing serious. The headlights are identical, but the Jeep headlight brackets allow for a tab that partially holds/aligns the headlight in place. If I remember correctly, the one that needs to be shaved is the driver side.

Here's a video, around the 7 minute mark it shows you the tabs in question. However, in this particular video, there was no mention of shaving a tab, so maybe the manufacturer has resolved the issue.

And I would also recommend changing out your fogs at some point. Here are the ones I have, they work exceptionally well with the headlights.

Yeah, don't think I explained it well enough.
So, when I did mine, both headlights were identically oriented with the tab around the 10 o'clock position. The JK headlight brackets are oriented to the passenger and driver side, meaning the tab slot on the driver side at 10 o'clock position and the passenger side at the 2 o'clock position. But the headlights both had the tab at the 10 o'clock (or 2 o'clock- I don't remember which I had to shave).
Once you get them out of the box and pull the grille, retainer rings and dry fit the new, you'll see easily enough. They're right there in plain view.

Oh, the other thing I did was replace my retainer rings with the black since the headlights are black- made a huge difference in look as well. You can see them in my avi as well.

I installed a set of Sunpie lights from Amazon about 18 months ago; ZERO issues.

I run a Sunpie set on my Harley as well, and have for several years without issue.

I have said to the Harley group many times, and I'll say it here as well... Just because an LED headlight is expensive, doesn't make it better.

When things such as cost, consistent color temp, beam spread (optics), and lumen output are ALL considered, I believe the Sunpie products are the absolute best value in aftermarket LED headlights around.

You can choose a different look, and that's fine.
You can choose a brighter headlight, and that is fine too.

You simply will not find a different brand/product that is 2x as good as the Sunpie at 5x the price.
