Cruise control not working on 2013 JK

There was a JKU YouTuber that post information about a technical bulletin that stated if P0579 and P0591 are both present, it is most likely a grounding issue with the SC switch since the ground is shared. See attached screen shot.
if my problem is intermittent again and if it is a grounding or wiring issue, I suspect it will be difficult for me to locate it intermittently. It may be better for me to wait until it goes out completely again.
I wonder if it is all related to the faulty clockspring warranty issue.
