New member. I bought a 2016 jk from a dealer. 35,000 miles. No problems so far. I want to do a radiator FLUSH and add a coolant filter. I know the '16s should be OAT. Looks like the color should be purple. Here is a picture of mine taken from the plastic over flow. Looks orange to me. Can some one set me straight on the different coolants? Thanks

Organic Acid Technology (OAT) antifreeze is orange, red, green, pink or blue. Hybrid Organic Acid Technology (HOAT) antifreeze is orange or yellow in color.
That being said, that could be OAT or HOAT, but I'm going to assume it's OAT since it's likely the factory coolant at 35k miles.

Yeah flush it all and get the OAT so you have the peace of mind.
