Hi there Happy Saturday All, I am having a problem with my radio having a delay when the weather is 32 degrees and lower and my screen freezing and gets warm. I have had it to the dealer since 2019 and they haven't been able to fix it, I mentioned something to them about a soder or a wire maybe being bare and now I can't get any help to fix this. They are now sayin I am now out of my Mopar Warranty and no help from Stellantis. I have had 4 different case numbers and I have now had my radio replaced 3 times. Can anyone point me in the right direction. I already contacted the BBB no help there :(

Thanks Sarah

Try playing David Johansen's "Hot, Hot, Hot" and see if that helps.

jk... I don't know that I've ever heard of this before but I can almost guarantee it's not a cold solder or bare wire. So, based on the fact the head unit has been replaced 3 times, that it's definitely not the problem. If you could further describe or explain the "delay" and the screen "freezing," that may help.

Have you ever had any issues with cruise control or airbag lights? Asking because I was thinking it could be the clock spring.

Again, you own a JL. It would be more of your benefit to find a JL forum ;)
