2008 unlimited rubicon 3.8l, new long block, new exhaust with headers, new O2 sensors, new pcm, new camshaft position sensor and crankshaft position sensor, checked grounds, still throwing p0344, and I fixed one code another code pops up

Have you replaced the junk Factory battery clamps with some HD ones?
Cleaned your grounds and inspected the battery cables?

Is it both positive and negative or is it just the negative side I did the little braided strap they run through their the ground that goes to the body and stuff and the motor I did take that off and I replace that with a regular battery cable and I've done that from the motor to the where the front or the battery cable hooks on to the body and then from there up to the negative post on the battery
The guy I bought this from said that he was driving it and it just died well in the beginning we thought it was just a timing chain until I pulled the motor open and it had dropped a valve seat and it went into three other cylinders so we knew that the motor was shelled and bought new long block
