Blend Air Actuator

So my blend air door actuator crapped out. I picked up a replacement actuator and in the box was a paper that said I had to recalibrate the new actuator. I have the scan tool and Jscan but I don't see anything in Jscan for that recalibration. Any ideas?

My actuator was on the blend air door for air temperature adjustment. I put a new actuator without any calibration and it works fine.
