ATF leak on 2012 Wrangler

Hi - just got a 2012 wrangler sahara unlimited - drove it 20 miles and the tranny quit - just before - lots of surging accelerating while trying to brake, idling at 1200rpm - stopped and atf was leaking, Shop took it and fixed coolant line, atf line -- drove another 20 miles and the same thing - turbo making crazy noises - the dealer is not jeep just 3rd party and they are taking it back in but should i go to a specialist -- i'm sure the procharger is off with it's tuning but not very experienced with them - so i don't know what to look for - i am gonna take off the air hose that goes to the throttle body which i would assume will take it bake to stock - but right now i am just guessing but i also seam to no more than the dealers shop - thx

If you're trying to figure out where the ATF leak is, you'd be wise to invest in some UV dye. Add it to the transmission fluid, then run the vehicle for 30 minutes or so. After that, drive it into the garage, get a UV light, and then start inspecting the engine bay and underside. This works like a charm every time for troubleshooting leaks.
