Anyone know what this is called or have a part number

I'm getting my 2008 sport JK ready to send to my son starting college, dug into the door to fix a locking issue and found this piece is broken. It doesn't appear to be in the exploded views I can find. It doesn't come on the latch presenter, I don't see it with the lock rods... Anyone know what it is called or maybe have a part number??
