Any idea what these lights mean?

ABS - Anti Lock Brake
BRAKE - Parking Brake light?
Traction Control Off
EPS - Electronic Stability
(!) - TPMS Tire PRessure Monitoring System
It actually looks like you're key is off, ha, but you're moving so that's not an issue.
ABS/Brake/Traction Control/EPS/TPMS are all very related.....not sure the underlying issue, but if you have tire pressure....if you have the parking brake off then I would think there's an electrical failure throwing it....would be where I'd start. Those are the 2 easiest to look at. This is most likely related, certainly EPS and Traction Control...and possibly the BRAKE. If you're parking Brake is on (or the sensor failed and thinks it's on) I'm not sure any of the other stuff comes on? I've never driven with the PB on to check.

Did you have to swerve real fast and the lights came on? I had that happen a couple times, the ESP is no big deal there is a switch you can turn it off anyway. The TPMS is showing a low tire or tires.
Yeah I’ve had the clock spring replaced 3 times with the recall it threw the same lights before
I'd start there, go back to the dealer that did it, and let them know. That would be my action.
