Always on heated seats?

I'm in the north and make good use of the heated seats in my JK. I'd like to find a way to have them "remember" the last setting rather than turning them on after each start. This would also mean they'd be on when I occasionally use remote start and I could avoid freezing my ass off in -20F weather.

Has anyone else done this?

There are no settings in EVIC or JSCAN to allow for this that I have found.
Seems like it would be an unnecessary load while starting, but I can see the benefits of being able to turn them on/off via remote.

Curious what replies this receives.

I've read that the JLs have the feature, figured the load wouldn't be too big of an issue.

I did find a walkthrough just now, but it's about 10x more complex than I was hoping for:

JKs do not have this feature. JLs do. You can access it through the settings menu on the infotainment system, or with JScan or the Tazer JL-Mini. They're not "always on" though. They turn on if the temp is less than 40F, and you can choose between coming on with all starts, remote starts, as well as driver or driver and passenger.
