Gave my wife the task of picking out speakers for her Jeep...suggested a component set for the front...explained SPL and said we wanted a low 90s number for good efficiency.
I picked out a couple of kicker and polks...she ordered two sets of 77KICK10 and some Rockford Fosgate R1TS tweeters.
For the life of me I can't find any specs for SPL for 77KICK10...might keep one set for the rears.
Have factory tweeters now...rather not have to source a crossover or rig up caps.
She bought and we installed a Sony XAV-AX5600 head unit. I suggested one of the Chinese big screen ones. Fair enough and it was easy to install.
I'm pretty positive the freedom top leak that took out the OEM head unit it fixed.
