2016 Saraha backup camera replacement

Can anyone recommend a good replacement camera for 2016 wrangler Sahara 75 anniversary? I bought it used and it seems to have the factory head unit and camera mounted on spare tire. The picture is just grainy .
 
Can you provide a picture of the actual camera and what it looks like on your screen?

I just installed one on my Wrangler (also a 2016 Sahara 75th Anniversary) but don't know if it's any better than what you already have...
