So after getting several tests done we have found out that it was the third party thermostat. So ya don't buy third party and get OEM only lol. Thanks for the help and answering my questions!

A sample size of one is meaningless. Jeep doesn't make a thermostat, they buy them. And the people they buy them from sometimes make one that's broken from their factory. Buying a quality third party part is exactly the same as buying an OEM part, and may well be from the same manufacturer.

https://www.omixparts.com/ is where i got my thermo, works fine, just don't buy their radiators. also just play it safe and buy the oat (assuming that is what you need) 50 50 premix mopar, it's cheap, 18 bucks a bottle.

i would defintely buy a couple bottles and drain out whatever you mixed like 2 times to get it out of the system

and def burp it with this, makes life easier
