I wanted to post an update. She’s fixed, no lights, and passed inspection.
I smoke tested everything. I dropped the gas tank. I did replace the 3” short rubber hose going into intake from the vapor like like BigAL suggested. Guess what, it worked.
So after all this it was that tiny hose.
Mine was original and hard, but wasnt really cracked. It must have been just enough leakage over pliable rubber.
