2010 Jk constant P0032 code

So I replaced the bank 1 sensor 1 o2 sensor because it through a code p0032. After it was replaced by mechanic it through the code again. It was verified that the o2 was good using his reader (Zurich z13). Has this happened to anyone else did it turn out to be the ecu, is there something else I should look for. I used an NTK o2 replacement sensor. Is there a better one?

I have NTK's in my JK and no issues, was it the right one for that bank? If I remember right there are 3 different ones for the Jeep.

Is the connector's terminals clean and no bad spots in the wiring?
