jk rear taillight

Just purchased a 2008 Wrangler JK, had the LED conversion completed previously on the rear lights but weren't functioning properly. The problem i noticed is that the left rear doesn't change voltages when you engage the turn signal (white w yellow stripe). I do have running light and brake...
