    Doors off quick question

If they've not been off in over 10 years then yea, you probably want to get some delrin bushings. https://www.tmrcustoms.com/collections/jeep-door-hinge-bushings-liners/products/jeep-delrin-door-hinge-liners-fits-4-door-jeep-jk-add-removal-install-tool

Does it really matter which brand for mods?

Man, I just tried to do a sensible set up for most things while still being able to retain just taking the thing out for drives or errands. Muh real rock crawler stuff is like $30 grand in differentials and 7 in a proper suspension then another 2 in tires. Too expensive for my blood for just a toy.

They are in fact BF Goodrich 285/70R17s. When they wear out I intend to get Wildpeaks again in 35. I was told I had 16 reports filed against me. I'm apparently not nice enough to the boomers and they take offense at everything if you're not deferential. It's not a bad forum but the Canadian...

Build Sheet and Window Sticker Generator

I'm pretty sure those of us with '07s to '12 can't get our window stickers but we can get our build sheets.

    Pod Light Brackets?

Because if I'm driving and there's 50 mph crosswinds, etc, which are not uncommon where I live, I want to know if these mirrors are going to get slammed into the side of my door or not. The OEM ones can take it.

Does it really matter which brand for mods?

My Stinger bumper is from Affordable Offroad. I can tell it's a quality part and the steel is THICK but I have no idea if it's US steel or not. Their website only says hand built in the US. It's a lot thicker than my rear stub bumper from Rugged Ridge which I *know* is Chinese. That being said...

    Good radio

Are you talking a aftermarket stereo head unit or a CB or GMRS radio set up? Like most things, "good" depends on how much you're willing to spend.

Does it really matter which brand for mods?

It's all Chinese steel nowadays, I think the only difference is vendor QC and how you use it. As I've said elsewhere, just the realities of the global economy. Nothing is truly "American made" anymore just American assembled.

It was only for that first model year for JKs. I don't know why they stopped doing it but yea, it's rare as hens teeth. I want to upgrade to 5.13s though because 4.10 just isn't enough in New Mexico.

    moparpartsoverstock.com

I've found these Mopar parts sites to be hit or miss, when it comes to price. I usually cross check against eBay as well when trying to find the best deal.

    JL bumper adventure

From what I understand, JL headlights and fog lights are higher diameter than JK. No idea why they decided to change it except for the sake of change.

No fuse, replaced TIPM, out of ideas

This is going to sound like a stupid question, but you DID bag everything electronic before rinsing your engine off, right?

    JK Fender Trim vs Replace

I got MCE thermoplastic fenders and haven't looked back. They have that classic flat fender look to them that I love.

    Pod Light Brackets?

How do these hold up in increment weather? Like snow, heavy wind/rain? I thought about doing this same thing to my Jeep.

    Suspension Recommendations

How are you moving 35s on 3.75s? That's gotta feel tortuously slow. One thing you can do if money is a concern is just buy a kit piecemeal. One part here, another part there, etc. If you ask 10 people what they think the best lift kit is, you're going to get 10 different answers. Best thing you...

Fuel Economy: Model & Engine Size?

I think I'm lucky if i get 15-16 mpg on my '07 3.8. Probably because of the mountainous terrains (lots of steep ups and downs), the lift, gearing, and my tire size.

Hi there, I registered here a week ago. I'm on a couple other Jeep forums (you can point out I'm banned from WF if you want to be a dick) as well. I have a 2007 metallic green 2dr Jeep Wrangler Sahara. Factory 4.10 gearing (the only year Saharas got this) on 33s and with a 2.5 inch JKS...
