Hard to tell from a distance. I'd suggest looking for any visible wiring damage, including at connector and where harness is supported on body. I can picture the black respray, it would look richer. Imho, I'd be less happy with a dark paint, I think the light color keeps interior, especially in my case with black seats, carpet and very deep tinting, brighter.

No, track bars are not adjustable either. I guess I'll have to settle just for setting toe.

Sorry, near impossible to ID without visual inspection or at least hearing an isolated audio clip. Maybe have them take to garage for quick look and report to you, many independent shops would do cheaply, or for free.
