@mrjp it doesn't have to do with the alarm point. I have adjusted that level down to 21 and almost back to stock at 31. It's setting off the warning not because of the pressure but some sort of fault.

@JKTim thank you. I appreciate that info. I have always done that with my TJ but I did find it convenient with the JK

Does jscan completely disable it or does it just disable the light and the warning? The main reason I actually like the TPM system is it helps when airing back up to know where I am at. Just curious to what extent it actually disables it. Thanks.

@Threepointsix how do you delete the whole system without it setting off the dummy light and giving the error warning? I would be okay with deleting it, if it is able to get rid of this annoyance. Thanks.

@MacGuyver I did take it to a tire shop and they tested all 5 sensors and all checked out good and none said they were low on battery. All gave their tool a reading that it was working as it should. I am currently taking one tire off at a time to see if somehow one of them is malfunctioning...

So I have tried many things: -Swapping the spare back to the spare, -Trying different pressures -Reseting the whole DTC and clearing all codes (this makes it go away for a while but within a couple miles it is back on) -Changing tire size, tire inflation with my Superchips Flashcal Everything...
