I have the 2.5” dual sport AEV on my 2017 JKU WW and am extremely happy with it. I don’t do any serious off roadimg mainly on road and it actually handles better with the lift. Only addition I made to the lift was I added the geometry correction brackets.

I also have this one and really like it. Holds my phone in sight and out of the way. Also holds my Garmin gps unit when needed.

TIPM, I also had same issue on a 2017 Willys ,fortunately it was still under warranty

I did the Quadratec Versahitch it was very easy , direct bolt on. For the wiring just remove driver side rear light and it’s plug and play. Can’t get any easier

I made mine with a harbor freight 880# electric hoist, some uni-strut, and Topsy Products hinge hoist bracket kit. It works great I can easily take it off by myself in less than 15 minutes. Overkill yes but that’s an expensive top hanging above my Jeep.
