I have the same thing going on with my 3.6 I believe it a leak in the exaust somewhere nead the manifold. not 100% shure on that yet have to do some more investigation but I used to have a 2000 something ford f150 that would make that same sound when the manifold gasket was going bad and ready...

depends on your budget and if your going out off road a lot or is just a daily driver that you want to put big tires on. the higher end lifts like terraflex ect... can be 3000+ but they are high quality and very good more for someone that is going out rock crawling or hitting the trails every...

yes go to your local lock smith they should be able to make you one and program it for you. I lost my spare and that's what I did. it was like 70 bucks. a whole lot cheeper then the dealer
