I bought an aftermarket steel bumper that is suppose to support the 4" OEM fog lights but the holes in the bumper are about a 1/4 inch too small. Any ideas about how to expand the hole? Thinking about taking it to a muffler shop and letting them use a muffler expander but would like anyone's...
