Reattached ground after 24 hrs. Tightened both connections up, started Jeep everything is fine. Checked for codes and have zero codes. Drove it for 10 miles and its still ok. This happened about a month ago too but seemed to go away when i disconnected negative cable. I just had a horn replaced...

Jeep starts but no dash functions windshield wipers come on automatically even though they are in off position and they don't shut off. no turn signals. Radio works. I disconnected negative terminal and waited 1/2 hr. But no change
