The casting sand is an issue as well. This doesnt ruin the radiator but it does ruin the heater core.

The welds fail on the radiator due to flexing. Its very common on the JK's.

Thanks for the headsup I never ordered from Morris but it seems the big name online stores all pull this. Quadratec, Extreme Terrain to name some others. I have ordered from Quadratec and Extreme Terrain and got similar treatment. Maybe its just I am used to the level of service Amazon provides...
