Another great option worth mentioning is the TrailGear Rock Assault 9 inch housings. They still utilize full float unit bearings and can be built for prob half the cost of a spider 9 and still be a really nice axle upgrade. Everything can be bought from Trailgear to build a full float 9 inch or...

C rated tires, proper air adjustments, tuned shocks, and proper up and down travels with bumps properly setup. Tuned coilovers would be the cream of the crop.

As mentioned, check your axle breather as it may be blocked and causing seep/leakage due to pressure.

How can I get rid of a B1B02 airbag code?

Have you tried unplugging it at the connector again and reseating it, making sure there is no debris, dirt, or trash in either side of the connector?

Seat belt indicator comes on when buckled

His solution was to cut the wires or make a jumper. His solution doesn't involve fixing the issue causing the problem, so naturally he would find it strange to read that you want to actually fix the problem. 😂 I believe you should do whatever you see fit, if it were me, I’d diagnose it or have...

Mom needs help with a Jeep Christmas list

In the future, it’s a good idea to have a running wish list of items he wants to get in the future. Buying presents based on the wish list guarantees it’s something he wants and will add to his Jeep.

Mom needs help with a Jeep Christmas list

You could always get him a visa giftcard so he can spend it on exactly what he wants. Add in some smaller things like a tire cover or some floor mats and call it done.

Which brands to stay away from for bumpers and fender flares

Genright and Savvy are the cream of the crop. Buy once, cry once. Take in consideration the JK/JK could really benefit from a healthy diet of aluminum...just sayin.

    Good money for poor quality

To be fair, by going with Rugged Ridge, its to be expected, IMO. Atleast they stand behind a reasonable solution to your problem.

I can also say that with spidertrax, they produce and manufacture every part that ties the axle together in-house. So all the parts fit together and are all made to fit together. The only reason I went with the spidertrax vs Dynatrac, Crane, or Solid Axle Ind was based on the measurement from...

About the same as a Dynatrac, Solid Axle Ind, Currie, or Crane Axle one ton complete rear axle. It really is dependent on how wild or mild you build it.

I chose to go with Spidertrax and Gearworks on a YJ build and the quality and craftsmanship is insane. I love their stuff.

I highly recommend you look into Spidertrax axles. Spidertrax axles are built off a ford 9 inch design but are of far superior design and improvements. They offer a full float axle and you can use a 10 inch ring gear third member as a low pinion or a high pinion. I went with their 3.5 inch tube...
