My 06 Rubicon, is set up to where the OD turns off when I put it in gear. Still has the 4.10 gears and TC, 33 12.50 15, just can switch the overdrive on and have run 85-90 by my GPS. Granted the JK will run 70 with stock 3.73 gears and 285 75 16's but at that speed neither of them get good...

It's not that they don't consider them real Jeeps. I think it's more of all the electronic add ons and do dad's that Chrysler started throwing at the JK in 2007. I've owned plenty of CJ's and TJ's close to 20. Never owned a YJ as Chrysler was trying to fix a problem that didn't exist and...

Changed the oil, Pentroled the fenders, new wiper blades and parked it beside BB in the front yard.

Not sure about JK's, but i know the Ram trucks you have to vacuum fill the coolant to get the air pockets out. Since I just bought my first JK (having only owned CJ's and TJ's, still own the 06 Rubicon in my avatar) I am not up to speed on them.

Just a shout out from NE Alabama. Just picked up a 2008 Sport with 214xxx miles. Only reason I purchased it was the PO is a friend of mine and has owned it since 2014. He is a Ford, Dodge, Jeep tech and already done the head gaskets and oil cooler.
