Been doing most of my own maintenance since I got my first car in 1979, a 1973 Gremlin with 258 in it, and have been doing all I can on my vehicles since. Ask questions here this place is full of knowledgeable folks who are more than willing to help you out!!!

    First time JK owner

First off welcome to the JK Wrangler forum!!! I too just got my first JK, but I have had close to 20 Jeeps over the years. My 3.8 at first seemed lack luster, but I am slowly getting used to it. Jeeps are, not nor ever have been, high performance (except for the JL 392) vehicles. Accept...

If you look at my picture and I'm pretty sure @Chris can confirm, there are small strings(that's what they look like) that will tighten up the loop on Blaines shackles. Correct me if im wrong Chris.

    Wizard recovery gear!

I have never worried about the Battle flag, it's a miss understood symbol if you ask me. I have roots from the revolution to the war of northern aggression and so on.

    Wizard recovery gear!

Light weight, easy to pack. I used to always worry about the hook slipping off whatever I had it on. You can put the soft shackles around the axle if needed. They are simple to use.

What did you do to your JK today?

My buddy Andy found it on the TJ forum and set it up before I bought BB from him. It really saves the 42rle from going in and out of OD with larger tires and still wheels great. I only turn the OD on for long flat stretches of hwy. I also moved my locker pumps to the ABS tray(don't have...
