Do you have some play in the steering wheel that your moving it back and forth to keep going straight?

Is your steering wheel centered when going straight down the road?

The only thing that would happen from low fluid is the bearings inside the center section going bad from low/no oil. Filling it up to the proper level wouldn't have saved any bad bearings.

Did you happen to also swap the tires around? R&R seals and diff fluid change wouldn't have stopped a shake.

To get a stubborn air pocket out that can get trapped in when draining the coolant and add new. It will usually cause a overheating of the engine with trapped air in it.

If it says check it in Park then that's what you need to do.

Have you opened up a Jeep JK lately it's been proven it needs to be done?

The first few years of the 3.6's were the problem ones, but you would think most would have been repaired by now. I have a 3.8 JK but it only has 80,000 miles on it and only had to do a tuneup on it.

Most transmission dipsticks say to check in neutral with the trans at operating temp, it should be on yours also.

Did you use OEM parts? Might also try a ECM Reset.

Probably take you 10 minutes to check all 4 measurements.

Have you checked to see if the axles are centered under the Jeep?

I think you need to try a ECM reset since you replaced the Throttle Body.

Are you loosing coolant?

You could carry some tire plugs and a small air compressor for plugging a tire but shredding one i'll have to say that only happened to me 1 time in about 54 years.
