Base rubicons don’t mention Rubicon on the dash.

The tj Rubicon has an axle lock switch in the center dash, and the jk Rubicon also has one. All the way to the left of the dash to the left of the steering wheel. If that axle switch isn’t there it isn’t a Rubicon.

Do yourself a favor and get a trim remover tool. That’s how I did mine.

What say you of a LCOG JK build with 37s? Mopar makes hightop flares that allow you to fit 37s with a 2” lift, or 35s with stock suspension. Pretty expensive, but will keep you low and plenty of clearance. Personally I like the look, and it saves you from having to jump to the moon to get into...

LJ and JK are very close in length. The JL and LJ I think are almost identical in length.

But I will add I do think it is slightly over priced. Nice JK, but a little high.

It’s a turnkey build. It’s got 8-10k in it. Literally needs nothing. A base no mod JL will run you 40-42k. You need a lift, tires, bumpers for the JL. By the time you build a JL you’ll be close to 50k. It’s all in what you want to throw down. Not to mention that JKR has less than 4K miles.

2012 and up has the 3.6 L. 2007-2011 had the 3.8...steer clear of that mess
