Should I truss both front & rear Dana 44 axles?

Ding, ding, ding! This is the correct answer. To run 38s and any sort of off-roading you're going to want Dana 60s.

Interchangeability between fenders on a 2017 JK

That's incorrect. All the fenders are the same to my knowledge. The only difference would be on JLs where the Rubicon models have highline fenders

Weird TPMS Issue on 09 JK

You need the J-Scan app to disable it. That's all it takes and you're free of that garbage system forever.

    J-Scan Cost

I'm confused as well. I am reading through this now and I don't see anywhere at all where offense should have been taken in regards to what you said. Seemed like a helpful and perfectly well intended response. I think people these days are in the habit of thinking they can pick up on what they...

How do I turn off halo lights?

You need to trace the wires and see how the halo lights are wired. One of the wires will be for the halo and the person that installed them could have installed them in many ways (i.e. wiring them to the parking lights, to a hidden switch, etc.).

That's right, I forgot about that issue on the earlier ones. They seem to have long since worked that out.

Hard to say, but I haven't heard of any major issues with the 3.6. Any of the issues I have heard of have been minor ones such as the oil cooler.

Yep, a bad 3.8 is a perfect excuse for a V8 swap or an upgrade to the 3.6. The 3.6 really is a great engine for all intents and purposes.

I realize that in saying this I may offend some members here which truly isn't my goal. I've driven both extensively and the 3.6 is superior to the 3.8 in every way imaginable. All the 3.8s I've driven are complete dogs and not much better than the 4.0 engines that preceded them. I always tell...

Anyone have any experience with Crosswind tires?

No experience personally but I'm guessing they are Chinese made? I've heard bad things about some of these cheap Chinese tires.
