What did you do to your JK today?

68137867AB https://www.moparpartsgiant.com/parts/mopar-wiring-ki-2-way~68137867ab.html I would verify, but that's what came up when I looked at the Mopar Connection Kit site. YMMV, don't blame me, yada, yada, yada

What did you do to your JK today?

I used an pneumatic oil extractor to change my oil. Due to circumstances, my garage has no space to easily pull in to work on vehicles at the moment. And I hate laying on the ground in the winter to work on vehicles. I have a top sider I've used in the past for transmission drains, but...

What did you do to your JK today?

I hear ya. I've had the current one for 5 years, no "real" issues, but it hit 90k a little while ago and I do have a coolant leak now (did a radiator 40k ago, so it wouldn't surprise me if that's it again). However, I've done a bunch of unique customization's to get it to how I like it. I got a...

Whining noise when turning left or right on 08 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited

Not sure what you mean by Compartment, but the power steering fluid reservoir on the 3.8 is to the left of the radiator, just in front of the air filter housing when standing in front of the Jeep. It sounds like it's empty or very low

    Best mud and snow tires

Honestly, duratracs have worked well on my wranglers. I had nittos on for a while and went back to duratracs. The ko's are pretty good, too.

    Front End Components

OEM, Moog or TRW. I prefer greasable ones, so I like Moog.

Any benefits to a JK over a JL?

JL has Increased complexity - auto stop/start, event data recorder, park assist, adaptive cruise control, among other features (good/bad depending on your view). Custom jk parts are becoming more scarce, aftermarket is focusing on JL. We picked up a JT Mojave, and it is nice. The Mojave can...

Oh Yes The Dreaded Code B2204 ECU Mismatched 2012 JK

I'm not familiar with that code so I did a quick Google search. Doesn't seem to have anything to do with your radiator swap. Found the below and the attached TSB. B2204-ECU CONFIGURATION MISMATCH For a complete wiring diagram, refer to the Wiring Information. When Monitored: With the...

Dorman oil cooler and Felpro gasket kit?

x1000 on his recommendation for OEM sensors. Sounds about right with the radiator. I've gone through a few radiators on my JK's. For the price, I don't think there is a better alternative to the mopar one. Good luck :)

Dorman oil cooler and Felpro gasket kit?

Just curious, was the radiator leak at the expansion tank? That's the usual culprit. Are you replacing with OEM or aftermarket?

Rear seat won't stay in folded position on 2-door JK

Doubt it. The interior upgrade was in '11. Honestly, a short bungee works really well for 1/10th the cost.

    Calibrating HVAC door motors?

Found this on another forum. I did look on my J scan and couldn't find these settings so they may not show up until there's an actual error to where you can do the calibration. Regardless, hope it helps. Not my info, and credit to those on I think JK form that had it. I grabbed some notes that I...

P/N for door lock cylinder bellcrank?

Can anyone assist? I cannot find it on any of the Mopar sites the actual p/n for this part highlighted in yellow I believe it is called the bell crank of a door lock cylinder. This is a screen grab of a 2015 door lock. I've found the bell crank bracket p/n, and the lock cylinder, but not that...

If anyone could help me out would greatly appreciate it.!!

I've been holding on to this unit for about a year. With the way supply chain issues were happening, I just bought it before I needed it. When I do the spark plugs, I'll probably replace it as a maintenance item. But this picture shows what I'm talking about.

Unfortunately, I don't know that you'll be able to figure it out without taking it apart again. When you're inspecting the part, I also check the the plugs on the ports, too. I have a doorman and everything is sealed up, but if you have a different brand it may not

If anyone could help me out would greatly appreciate it.!!

Yes, that's what I meant. If that's not it, all I can suggest is to really inspect thoroughly. If it's related to the replacement, there would be oil in the valley, but you stated everything was clean. Was this a mopar part or aftermarket?

If anyone could help me out would greatly appreciate it.!!

If I had to guess, it is the cap on the filter housing. Either the gasket isn't seated properly or the cap isn't tightened down all the way. My daughter changed the oil on her 3.6 and a similar thing happen... the cap wasn't seated all the way.
