I'll state the obvious, but based on the data you provided I would say whoever installed the exhaust cams was off on the sprocket by a tooth.

Make sure they are pushed down as far as they will go. One of mine was 1/16" or so too high on the post and that was enough to cause occasional issues...

Have you replaced the OEM battery clamps? Many have had an issue with those, including yours truly.

You didn't say what you are towing... if it's a camper I would get a small 20-30W solar charger and permanently mount it.
