I'm no 3.8L expert but those pressure observations seem really low to me. What is your initial cold startup pressure? Should be 40psi or higher.

It's not a matter of having taken care of your engine. That's why you are at 200k. Passenger car engines are engineered to a finite reasonable life - typically 150k. So you have already bought yourself an extra 50k with good maintenance. That's not to say that you couldn't go farther...

After you pull the fuse for the fuel pump and the engine stops what then? You put the fuse back in at some point. Does the fuel pump have power before you put the key in the ignition?? It shouldn't... There very well may be multiple things happening here, but I would start with...

First thing I would do is understand why the wheel stud broke. Looking at the uneven wear patterns on the face of the spacer there was a clear loss of clamp load which caused the wheel to move relative to the spacer. Were lug nut torques not checked or is there a quality issue with the spacer?
